Xylant was formed in 2008 through the partnership of top outsourcing professionals who previously held senior positions at Tier 1 service providers such as Unisys and Accenture.  Our leadership team has extensive outsourcing management experience in areas such as deal structuring, transition, operations and transformation, and in both small-sized client engagements as well as in large, ‘mega-deals’.

Their vision was to create a service provider organization that provided the flexibility not afforded by the large-scale outsourcers, while at the same time delivering thought leadership and expertise honed in Tier 1 organizations.
